In case anybody reads this: Koei-Tecmo's fiscal year 2018 report shows that the company is working on a collaboration project. Not an Japanese IP this time, they're focusing on a prominent Western IP.
What could it be? Their Star Wars Musou plan they had back in 2014? Marvel, Ninja Turtles, Transformers?
We'll find out soon or whenever they're ready to reveal it.

Hi, sorry for taking a long time to answer.
Hmmm, we did create Hyrule Warriors; but there is limited submissions because most of our members submit Samurai Warriors and Dynasty Warriors.
We will create another folder if we feel there is enough submissions and demand for it.
For now, please submit to 'Other Koei Games'.
